Requirements

Age

You should generally be at least 18 years old, eventhough we can sometimes make an exception.

Language

We use English in the guild chat and on ventrilo when raiding. You should be fluent in communicating in English.

Your character

You can apply even when we are not recruiting for your class, but it means you have to offer something over our current raiders to get a spot.

Your gear level does not matter, but your armory profile should reflect your dedication to the character.

You should have two professions with skill level >350. Having skilled up your secondary professions shows dedication.

You should have access to the best head- and shoulder enchants for your character's mainspec and all the offspecs that you might have to play.

You should be prepared to respec for a raid when we need that.

Internet connection

It needs to be stable!

Raiding

When progressing we raid Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday from 19.00 to 23.30.  You need to be able to join >75% of the raids.

We have raided for 3.5 years as a guild at the highest end of the content. It means we expect you to have previous raiding experience at the very least from AQ40/Naxxramas in vanilla-WoW or Archimonde/Illidan/Sunwell in TBC. If you are new to the game we are not the guild for you.

You need to know your class in and out. Following your class community to know how to spec/gear/gem optimally for pve is required.

You need to be familiar with the most common raiding addons. This includes Omen, BigWigs/DBM, Unit Frames and Grid (for healers).

You will be required to bring consumables for the progress raids, including flask/elixirs, food buffs, scrolls and potions. The guildbank supports with this, but you won't be able to entirely rely on that.

During raids everybody is expected to join Ventrilo 3.0. Having a working microphone is necessary.

Sometimes progress raids get hectic and people become fairly honest about what they think when you die to the Flame Tsunami for the 10th time. You need to be able to take critcism without going to cry in a corner.

We are always on the look out for exceptional recruits.

Even if your class is closed we will recruit you if we think you are exceptionally skilled, geared and experienced.
Do not feel discouraged to apply if you feel you fit in that category.
